As a result of the RCIC’s repeated use of allegedly falsified medical notes in “change of date and time” (CDT) applications, the IRB ordered that the RCIC shall not apply to postpone any IRB proceeding based on their client’s health, the IRB will not schedule new hearings in which the RCIC is acting as a representative and the order shall continue until the IRB completes its review of the RCIC's conduct. | |
